Refunds

Who processes your order

All AI NetShell purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. They handle payment processing, tax collection and remittance, receipts, and — per this policy — refunds. PACKET 365 LLC sets the policy below; Lemon Squeezy executes it on our behalf.

14-day refund window

If you're not satisfied with a Pro or Team subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase or renewal charge. This applies to your first charge on a plan and to renewal charges alike.

How to request a refund

  • Self-serve: open the Lemon Squeezy customer portal link from your purchase receipt email and request a refund directly, or
  • Email support@ainetshell.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout, and we'll process it with Lemon Squeezy on your behalf.

After 14 days

Requests outside the 14-day window are reviewed case by case — email support@ainetshell.com and tell us what happened. We'd rather understand a problem than hide behind a deadline.

Refunds and license entitlements

A processed refund marks the associated license key as refunded; on its next validation check the app drops that seat to Free-tier behavior (see Pricing and Terms of Service). This never affects device safety — rollback and the two approval gates are never gated by license status.

Team seats

For Team subscriptions, refunds are evaluated per the seats actually purchased/used. Contact support@ainetshell.com for partial-seat situations (e.g. a purchase made for more seats than were ever activated).
